Japanese tastes for revved-up appetites
We love it when an established brand surprises us with something completely unexpected. You’ll feel the same when you discover the Yamaha Café. The world-famous Japanese motorbike brand has extended their offering, and appeal, in this store-within-a-store concept.
The concept eatery is motorbike themed – think sporty and edgy urban décor, a black-and-red colour scheme, and motorbikes and accessories on display. And the food and beverages on offer are distinctly Japanese. (Though they also offer some traditional Emirati dishes.)
If you go bananas for sushi, you’ll be happy here. Vegetarians are also catered for, with options like Wolverine veggie rolls. Asian touches are evident across the menu, like in the Crepe Tokyo with Salsa for breakfast, the sashimi salad for lunch, the edamame snacks or FX Tempura.
Be bold and explore Japanese desserts, like the Chestnut Dorayaki or the Ohagi, sticky rice stuffed with red beans and flavoured with soybean flour. Struggling to choose? Order the mixed dessert plate, together with Japanese Matcha Green Tea. Now that’s sure to rev you up for the day.
